SPARTA STATIONERY PLUS, INC. founded by Denise Van Ness in 1985, in a small corner of a downtown shopping center in Sparta NJ. Within one year, the store doubled in size to 1,000 square feet. In 1990, the business outgrew its location and was moved into a 2,400 square foot storefront in the same shopping center.
Once again in May of 2000, the business had outgrown its' quarters and was relocated to a free-standing 4,000 square foot building on Woodport Road next to Rowley Lumber Company.
Originally started as an office supply business, the store has evolved over the past 20 years to meet changing customer needs. Today's consumers have become more creative, technically oriented, and more sophisticated. The store is up to date and ready to serve customers needs with products and services not easily found elsewhere.
Outlined in the following pages are the details of the many products and services the store offers.
